The hardness can be selected within the range of HRC40 - 65, and the particle size distribution is uniform,
covring international standard specifications from 0.3mm to 3.0mm. It has excellent anti-fragmentation properties and lasting impact force, with a cyclic service life 30% longer than that of ordinary steel shot.
2. Wire Cut Shot
Using high-carbon alloy steel wire rods, through cold drawing and precise cutting processes, it has a cylindrical shape with a dimensional accuracy controlled within ±0.05mm. With a hardness of HRC50 - 62 and sharp edges, its cleaning efficiency for the workpiece surface is 1.5 times that of cast steel shot, especially suitable for deep rust removal of complex structures such as welds and grooves.
3. Stainless Steel Shot
Selected from high-quality stainless steel raw materials such as 304 and 316L, formed by centrifugal atomization, the spherical roundness is ≥98%, and the surface finish Ra≤0.8μm. It has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, without rust residue, and is widely used in surface strengthening and polishing of precision workpieces such as medical devices and aerospace components.
4. Alloy Steel Grit
Smelted with a multi-alloy formula, through a unique quenching - tempering - crushing process, it forms an irregular shape with multiple edges and corners. With a hardness of HRC60 - 70 and a microhardness uniformity CV value <5%, in high-intensity shot blasting operations, it can precisely control the surface roughness of castings and steel plates, achieving a rust removal standard of Sa2.5 - Sa3.
